A Special General Meeting of Vision Australia was held on Wednesday, July 12 2023.
The meeting was held to give members of Vision Australia the opportunity to vote on a special resolution concerning proposed changes to the Vision Australia Constitution.
Voting on the resolution was carried out via a postal ballot, with the final tally being:
- 54 votes in Favour
- 4 votes Against
- 3 votes Abstain.
As a result of that tally, the resolution was passed and the updated Constitution adopted.
